Job Description:
As a Placement Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to prepare students for the workforce. Your role involves matching students with suitable work placements and providing ongoing support during these critical learning experiences. You’ll work closely with students and various organisations including industry partners to ensure students thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure appropriate work placements for students in their respective qualification.
- Guide students throughout their work placements, offering support, mentorship, and resources.
- Foster strong agency relationships to enhance placement opportunities.
- Ensure clear, timely, and adaptable communication with students and placement hosts.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold high ethical standards in placement practices.
