The Worker Wellbeing Partnerships Lead is responsible for providing evidence-based expertise and leadership to support worker wellbeing in the health sector.
This will include working in partnership with a range of health sector agencies to build capability and leadership, support actionable data insights, and co-design solutions to support sustainable change in health worker wellbeing. The position will require experience in worker health and wellbeing approaches, strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills, and an ability to manage a complex multi-faceted program of work.
