About the Role
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our the MADEC Team as a Youth Coordinator, coordinating service provision for young people in out of home care.
The right candidate will demonstrate the values of the organisation: person-centred, trust, empowerment, community and excellence.
The role will oversee up to 3 residential programs, including the provision of supports to young people with complex trauma.
Key responsibilities include:
- managing day-to-day operations of residential services to ensure best practice supports and continuity of care.
- ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and processes.
- providing support and direction to Team Leaders and frontline workers.
- managing day-to-day rostering of residential services.
- engaging and developing relationships with stakeholders.
- participate in an on-call roster rotation.
Essential Criteria
- Min. 2 years experience working within residential care.
- Min. Cert IV in Human Services or related fields.
- Successful applicants must hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check and Drivers License.
