They are dedicated to helping youth by providing a variety of programs and services, including as vocational training, drug and alcohol assistance, and counselling services, to help them gain the knowledge and capacity to live healthy and independent lives.

The Role
We are seeking expressions of interest for NDIS Support Coordinators in various locations across Sydney.

Main responsibilities include:
* Provide psycho-social initial assessments
* Develop, review, and close care plans in partnership with young people, their family and friends
* Assess, monitor, and manage clinical risk in consultation with the team
* Work in the intake role, responding to service enquiries, screening new referrals, and booking in initial appointments

What you need
* Accredited Psychologist OR Accredited Counsellor OR Senior Social Worker
* Membership in a peak body such as PACFA, ACA, AASW, or AHPRA
* Previous experience in counselling/ case management around child protection or AOD
* Understanding of counselling in the social services sector
* Valid NSW Working with Childrens Check
* Current NSW Driver’s License
* Prof of Covid-19 vaccination or exemption
* National Police Check
