This opportunity exists for an innovative, customer focussed individual who is looking to make an impact.
In this diverse role, you will:
- be responsible for developing and delivering youth activities in collaboration with local young people, educational institutions, community groups and key partners.
- facilitate the delivery of youth services that align with the Shire’s Youth Informing Strategy, ensuring the needs of young people across the Shire are met.
- identify and pursue external funding opportunities to support the development of youth initiatives.
- have exceptional writing skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to deliver impactful youth activities.
- possess strong research skills and a sound understanding of contemporary youth engagement and community development practices.
Previous experience in youth program delivery and organising activities for young people will be highly regarded.
A salary in the range of $84,146.82 – $88,774.44 will be offered based on skills and experience.
