THE ROLE
- Provide flexible service delivery to adolescents and their parents/caregivers.
- Utilise early intervention strategies and case management frameworks to prevent child protection intervention.
- Assist young people to gain stability in relation to their personal circumstances.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Undertake assessments and case plans and advocate on behalf of young people.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE – what you will bring;
- Extensive capabilities working in the Youth and Community Service Sector.
- Knowledge and experience with family processes, conflict resolution and effective family intervention strategies.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of case management framework and practices.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
- Minimum requirement of a Diploma of Community Services or other relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience appropriate to the role.
