Your role:
Leading a team across multiple programs working with young people. The programs consist of intensive support, early intervention and Navigator. (These programs are subject to change dependent on funding and business needs)
You will lead and manage complex service delivery in collaboration with the program manager from our office in Bendigo.

Youth Services provides a range of Programs and Services within the Community to support young people in respect to developing connections within the community to supports and local groups, supporting young people develop independent living skills, work with young people how have experienced the youth justice system and or homeliness. All our Youth Services are aimed to deliver better outcomes to young people in our community that require supports to live independently and gain life skills for better futures.
The skills you will use day to day:
- Managing multiple programs and budgets
- Complex stakeholder engagement
- Working with the DFFH and DJCS
- Supervision, performance management and learning and development of your team
- An in depth understanding of youth justice systems, leaving care and Homestretch is desirable
