Hi, I am Sonchoita With over 8 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher, and formal qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health and Counselling, I bring both clinical knowledge and embodied awareness to my work. I am a registered CPCA (Certified Practicing Counsellors of Australia) member. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred and grounded in nervous system awareness.
