With 15 years working as a mental health nurse, both in the private and public sector, I have helped hundreds of clients and I am versed in all facets of mental health counselling. As a counsellor, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for personal growth and healing, helping individuals overcome challenges to achieve lasting positive change, working alongside clients in solving issues, and empowering them to create strategies with stronger and long-lasting decision making towards change.
